Speedmaster Dark Side Of The Moon "Black-Black"
A modern take on a classic chronograph with an all-black aesthetic. The ceramic case and fabric strap make it lightweight while retaining a bold presence.
Ceramic is one of the harder materials to machine cleanly — that's exactly why the Dark Side of the Moon exists as a flex piece rather than a practical upgrade. Zirconia ceramic won't scratch like steel will, but at 44.25mm and full black, this wears as a genuine tool-watch statement, not a subtle one. Caliber 9900 underneath is a proper column-wheel Co-Axial chronograph, which is why the small seconds sits off-center rather than dead center. Fifty meters of water resistance is plenty for daily knocks but tells you this isn't a dive piece despite the size. On my scoring, it loses points on value-per-dollar next to the steel Moonwatch, but wins on materials-science novelty.
