A worldtimer on a dive-rated case is a genuinely odd pairing, and I say that as someone who's catalogued both categories separately — one is built for legibility under pressure, the other for cramming 24 city names onto a flange. Omega's solution is the black ceramic case at 45.5mm carrying it structurally while the turquoise dial does the work of staying readable against that city ring, which is harder than it looks. Caliber 8938 is doing double duty most owners will never fully exercise. At ~€16,300, this is a complication tax on top of an already premium ceramic case — justified only if you actually track time zones, not just admire the mechanism.
