A modern chronograph that boldly embraces its space heritage with a matte ceramic case and tachymetric scale. It combines high-tech materials with a commanding presence—ideal for those who appreciate a dynamic yet sophisticated design.
This is the nylon-strap version of the Dark Side of the Moon, and on my methodology the strap material actually moves the needle more than people expect — nylon breathes and ages better than the ceramic bracelet on a 44.25mm case this size. Full ceramic construction means genuine scratch resistance, at the cost of the shatter risk you accept with any hard ceramic. It's an automatic Co-Axial chronograph movement, which is why the small seconds sits off-center rather than centered. Fifty meters of water resistance is standard for the range — enough for real life, not enough to call this a tool for the water. Materials-wise it's still the most interesting Speedmaster variant I score.
