A pilot's chronograph that balances practical features with a classic aesthetic. Its subtle vintage cues enhance the functional design without overwhelming the wrist.
A hand-wound flyback chronograph is a rarer specification than most of what I catalogue at this price point, and it's the reason this reference stands apart from the rest of the Spirit family: no automatic rotor, no GMT module, just a manufacture manual caliber built to COSC chronometer standard. At 39.5mm it sits between the compact and oversized ends of the collection, which I think is the correct size for a chronograph — big enough for a legible sub-dial layout, not so big that the pushers become awkward. The 100-meter rating is more water resistance than a manual chronograph strictly needs, but I'd rather see it over-specified than under. If movement quality is the axis you weigh most, this is the strongest case in the batch.
