Put the Black Bay 54 next to the standard 41mm Black Bay and the case-to-wrist math changes completely — this is the one I'd recommend to anyone whose wrist measures under 16.5cm and who still wants a genuine dive-styled Tudor rather than a scaled-down compromise. 37mm, 200m water resistance, the same in-house automatic movement as the larger models, and a blue dial with no date window to interrupt it. Nothing about the spec sheet suggests Tudor cut costs to shrink the case; the finishing is identical to what I've measured on the bigger references. Reference M79000B-0001.
