A retro-styled dive watch that seamlessly blends vintage charm with modern reliability. Its robust build ensures it performs admirably both underwater and on land.
"Longines' vintage-diver alternative to the HydroConquest — verified at €3,400–3,750, with more design personality per euro."
The Legend Diver's defining detail is its rotating internal bezel, operated by a second crown rather than the case-side bezel every modern dive watch uses instead — a genuinely obsolete mechanism that a good reissue needs in order to earn the name rather than just borrow a silhouette. At 39mm, this is the smallest case in the line, and on my proportions scoring it's the one that reads most faithfully to a 1960s dive watch rather than a modern reinterpretation. Green dial, steel bracelet, 300m depth rating, and no date window to break up the dial. If you want the purest version of this line, this is it.
