Conquest

Compared to the green-dial version of this same 30mm Conquest, this reference adds a gem-set bezel on top of the diamond hour markers, and swaps a lacquered dial for mother-of-pearl. That's meaningfully more decoration stacked onto an identical case and movement — same automatic caliber, same 100m water resistance underneath. Mother-of-pearl is worth flagging on its own: it's a natural material, so no two dials are perfectly identical, and it shifts color subtly depending on light in a way lacquered dials don't. Between the two 30mm Conquest diamond references, this is the more maximalist option; the green lacquered dial is the more restrained one if you want the water resistance and movement without quite as much sparkle.
